The newest addition to the Mad Greek is their sister food truck, The Fry Factory.

The menu consists of loaded fries topped with a unique variety of homemade sauces as well as100% beef hot dogs topped with another addicting flavor palate.

The Fry Factory was born with the idea that "everyone loves fries, especially loaded fries". Our goal is to provide a fun, finger licking, fry dipping, experience that all of our senses deserve. The unique variety of flavors we've curated will leave you tastebuds craving more. We hope to meet you at one of our upcoming events as The Fry Factory continues to grow.
